A computerised nomination process selects the most suitable expert for any given client
by utilising "Post Code Mapping" to consider the distance from client to expert, the experts’
appointment waiting time and previous service level compliance. All nominations will be processed
within 24 hours. |

All instructions received by Premex Services are handled individually with any special requirements
highlighted and passed on to the relevant team to handle. Premex Services are able to instruct
automatically if the case is assigned to any pre-agreed scheme or after third party cut off dates.
Our experts can be instructed with or without medical records and instructions can be delayed to a future date. |
