Our Commitments to CSR

Premex Services believes that all businesses should behave in an ethical and responsible way.

We recognise that our operations have an impact on both the local community and wider environment and, through consultation with our stakeholders, we have developed a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy which reflects our commitment to continuous improvement.

The environment

We are proud to have achieved ISO 14001 accreditation, which will allow us to control and measure our environmental risks and opportunities.  We have implemented a programme of energy saving initiatives and comprehensive waste reduction and recycling schemes.

Our local community

We actively participate in and engage with our local communities by supporting local biodiversity projects, sponsoring youth groups, sports teams and by encouraging our employees to participate in local community projects whenever and wherever possible. Each year, our employees nominate a charity that benefits from our combined fundraising efforts.

Our people

Our commitments to our people include internal and external training and development courses; the provision of childcare vouchers, and a wide variety of sports and social activities. We are particularly proud of our membership of 'Action for Young People'; the body which helps young people migrate successfully from education to employment.
