Major reforms by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to the personal injury claim process for road traffic accidents (RTA) have been implemented from the 1st May 2010.

Chris Wheatley, Premex Services Sales and Marketing director, offers his thoughts on his new role and future for the industry.
These are exciting times at Premex and I am delighted to be joining an extremely talented team in a dynamic, progressive organisation.
A key part of my remit is to review how we work with you and implement new systems and working practices that will further enhance our service. As an innovative company we are continuously evolving new software and communications methods to increase our efficiency - saving your valuable time and resources.
Premex is already renowned as a flexible delivery platform. So what does that mean for you, as the customer? Well, at Premex we work in a very different way than other companies; our aim is to tailor our communications to fit in with your methods of working, not the other way around. So you can choose the type of communication that suits you best, whether that's by phone, email or online.

that of Customer Development Assistant, to be filled by Jackie
Lawrence, who will be your dedicated point of contact.Increasing efficiency, saving time and money couldn't be more relevant with the introduction of the new MoJ regulations. We are aware that these present a major challenge to customers, but this may be the ideal opportunity to outsource your workload. Our new systems are designed to streamline the entire process, easing the demand on you and your staff, and are already saving our customers time and money.
Our working relationship with you is crucial. That is why I am helping to drive forward the changes that we have planned, and the next few months will see the introduction of a raft of important initiatives.
