You will receive an appointment date from Premex Services or direct from the expert. It is essential that you confirm your attendance with whoever has notified you or that you make contact to rearrange if the appointment date / time is not convenient.
Please make sure you know in advance where you are going for the appointment and allow plenty of time to get there. If you are late or do not attend the progress of your claim may be delayed whilst another appointment is arranged.
