Premex Total is a new online service due to be launched in 2008. The core of the system is a new case management system that provides for:
- Online case tracking to review case history and current status.
- Online nominations and instructions
- Access to nominated Experts’ CVs
- Ability to view and upload reports
- Ability to receive appointment notification, often within the same day as the receipt of instruction.
Apart from the obvious benefits to instructing parties of reduced case durations, less administration, and a much simplified process, Premex Total has a number of features that will provide benefits for injured parties. These include:
