What do I need?

You can use Vu on any computer provided that you have your unique link to the Vu site for the first time log on, and your user name and password for any subsequent log ons.

The first time you use the Vu service it will guide you through a registration process before allowing you to access the secure service.

Operating systems and browsers

Vu has been tested for compatibility with the following operating systems and browsers:

Microsoft Windows and Windows XP

  • Internet Explorer 6.0 , 7.0 - preferred browser
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Opera
  • Netscape
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari

  • Safari

Vu may also work with other systems and browsers not tested by Premex.

To print a copy of your transactions

To print a copy of your transactions from Vu, you can use your browser print function.

Cookies

Your browser must have cookies enabled to use the Vu service. Vu uses cookies to improve your experience of the service. Session cookies do not contain any personal information about you and they are deleted when you log out of or are timed out of the Vu site.
