Premex’s online diary and appointment management system Vu now allows medical experts to access and review medical records online.

Simply login to Vu, and through Doc2Doc you can review current cases and all associated medical records with the click of a mouse.   Doc2Doc provides an overview of the case, including details of the instructing and injured party, any special instructions as well as appointment arrangements, making case administration easier than ever before.

  • The case list gives you a detailed overview of your cases and automatically updates once the medico-legal report has been submitted
  • The new functionality reduces the need for email attachments and postal delays are virtually eliminated making case administration easier than ever before.
  • Medical Records are classed under the Data Protection Act 1998 ("DPA") as sensitive personal data. As part of the process of using Doc2Doc, Premex asks you to remember all your obligations in respect of such sensitive personal data in respect of handling and storing such data.  Please click here to for more information on your DPA obligations

As Premex continues to streamline its processes, we will launch the second generation of Doc2Doc later this year.  This will allow Vu experts to access all instructions and associated case documents online through Doc2Doc.
