“Core Elements” is a course designed for all new or potential future medico-legal Experts, who have had limited or no exposure to the industry before. It may also be a useful refresher course for Experts who have had limited recent medico-legal practice.
The course gives delegates the chance to hear The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of The Premex Group give advice on what is required to develop and sustain a successful medico-legal business. All attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from a senior solicitor from a leading Personal Injury Law Firm who will give advice on how to prepare a high quality medico-legal report, including an explanation of what essential contents are required in order for the medical report to be compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules. A vibrant, dynamic experienced expert will then give an overview of Whiplash Associated Disorder (WAD), including an interactive practical demonstration of the appointment experience.
The course will culminate in the delegates receiving a high quality report template, fit for purpose, which will enable them to start preparing competent reports immediately. The day will end with an interactive Question and Answer session when the CMO and Solicitor will give advice on how to avoid common pitfalls and give advice on any issues generated from the days proceedings.
This course is CPD accredited and will be held in Bolton and London.
