This course provides a unique opportunity to interact with a leading Personal Injury Barrister who will increase your awareness and understanding of what is required in a Courtroom setting.
A significant proportion of experts should expect to be required to give oral evidence in court to justify their opinion and prognosis, during their career. This course will increase your confidence and capability, before it is too late! The day will include the opportunity to experience 15 minutes of 1:1 examination “in Chief” and 15 minutes of 1:1 “cross” examination in a Courtroom setting. Each interactive session is followed by detailed de-briefing.
