Service and quality are paramount to Premex Services expert liaison department. As the team with responsibility for allocating instructions to the panel, they ensure that each expert instructed produces quality reports and understands their service and commercial conditions.
Each postcode is allocated three preferred suppliers that have displayed consistent performance. This “rationalised” panel forms the backbone of the Premex panel and receives the bulk of instructions. To gain entry to this panel, experts must concentrate on appointment return times; control waiting times and report return times. This is in addition to producing a quality report, fit for purpose.
Area co-ordinators measure each expert’s performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and judge allocation levels dependent on that exhaustive analysis. The Premex strategy is to send work to experts that comply with overall instruction to report timescales, which in turn reduces operating costs for both Premex and its customers.
