First Physiotherapist Seminar Held At Premex
11 June 2008The first of the 2008 Rehabilitation Seminars was held at the Bolton offices on the 25th May, where an invited group of physiotherapists from the North West attended Premex's Bolton Head Office.

The seminars are designed to exchange information and open up a forum for debate on the current thinking and best practice for the treatment and reporting of accident injuries. With the help of guest speaker Lisa Edwards MCSP (University of Liverpool, Faculty of Medicine, School of Health Sciences), workshop topics cover the latest physiotherapy guidelines regarding the treatment of whiplash, Evidence Based Treatment, reporting requirements and industry news updates.
The seminars, which contribute to CPD, will also give an insight into the Premex processes and rationale behind the uniquely designed Early Action Triage System (EATS) used to screen clients for physiotherapy treatment. Feedback was excellent and we look forward to the forthcoming seminars for in Warwick (Warwick Castle - June) and London (RCP - September).
