Premex Awarded Investors In People

Premex Services Ltd, the leading medico-legal and rehabilitation supplier to the legal and insurance industries, is the proud recipient of an Investors in People award – the standard for excellence in training and development.

All 100 plus staff at the Middlebrook based company worked together on the Investors in People framework, which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation’s performance through its people.

To achieve this prestigious award, Premex implemented a range of positive initiatives including two-way communication channels between the board and employees, staff forums and award schemes. Working with these new improvements saw staff satisfaction and commitment soar in a recent internal survey undertaken by Premex.

A recent and major element of Premex's commitment was the creation of the You Programme. This innovative programme gives all employees the tools to identify their training needs and ambitions within the company, plus the ability to reflect and measure their achievements.
