Premex Introduce Childcare Voucher Scheme
24 July 2008Having acknowledged the significant amount of money spent on childcare by working parents, Premex has introduced a childcare voucher scheme within the Premex Group.
The scheme allows employees with children to convert an element of their salary into childcare vouchers through a salary sacrifice. The vouchers can then be used for a variety of childcare provisions which include child minders, pre-school, after school care and holiday clubs and offers substantial savings to the employee on tax and national insurance of up to £1195 per annum.
The feedback received from employees who have joined the scheme has been very positive and the aim is to continue to raise the profile of the scheme and to ensure that all those who could benefit do so.
