Premex Services appoints new Managing Director
21 April 2008Donald Fowler has been appointed as Managing Director of Premex Services, the UK’s largest supplier of medico-legal reports and services. This appointment paves the way for Bill Clynes to take the newly formed role of Managing Director of Premex Group.
Fowler joins Premex in June, following his latest post of seven years at Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance, most recently as Regional Director for the North of England. In this role Fowler was involved in buyouts, acquisitions and exit sales with a combined value of almost £3billion.
Bringing many years of business analysis and leadership experience, Fowler, who will also take a place on the main board of the Group, will play a key part in Premex’s plan to become a £100million organisation. Following a successful 18 months during which the Group made a series of high profile acquisitions and company launches, as Group MD, Bill Clynes will be leading the overall Group's strategy into its next stage of growth.
Fowler commented: "I have been hugely impressed by the progress Premex has made over the last three years. I am excited about joining the undoubted market leader and am really looking forward to working with Bill, Simon and the rest of the team as we embark on the next stage of the Group growth plan.”
