Each year Premex Services designs courses to keep their experts updated in the medico-legal field. Hosted throughout the UK the Premex Services seminars inform the medical experts on CPR, how to deliver on service, what makes a quality report and how they fit into the medico-legal process.
Delegates are also made aware of the importance of the customer experience. Each claimant is treated as an individual and will come away from each appointment experience knowing a thorough, fair and empathetic assessment has been made of their injury/s.
Practice Manager and Secretary Open Days
Premex Services values the roles that each expert’s administrators play in achieving the service compliance demanded by the company. With that in mind, during October and November each year, Premex Services host open days for practice manager and secretarial staff. On the agenda; what Premex Services expect and how they can deliver the very best in service to your clients.
Report Auditing
How do Premex Services maintain reporting quality?
Each month the development team will randomly sample over 50 experts from a variety of medical disciplines. Premex Services is confident this assessment is the most comprehensive in the sector. The results of each audit will determine the experts standing on the panel and subsequent ability to provide reports.
All results are always fed back to the experts.
