HEAD OF TRANSFORMATION

Since joining Premex in 2002, Laura has worked across a variety of business departments including; Administration, Medical Records and Customer Support. With her wealth of operational experience, Laura gained invaluable knowledge that made her the ideal person to help the business progress and was promoted to Head of Transformation in March 2022.

In this role, Laura drives automation and projects that will transform our operational processes. It’s also her responsibility to create and maintain a culture that ensures unrivalled customer service remains central to the overall business process.
