The person we are looking for...
The successful candidate will support the Group HR Manager in driving the people agenda in a changing environment, delivering on key projects that will shape the business and culture. They will provide end to end advisory and process support delivering a fast-paced, pro-active HR service to our group of companies whilst working within the legal guidelines.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in dealing with all aspects of HR including managing recruitment campaigns, dealing with complex disciplinary and grievances and be use to handling project work, delivering within tight timescales. Experience in using a HR system would be advantageous.
