On Wednesday 14th November Premex attended the Personal Injury awards at the Riverside Park Plaza Hotel in London to celebrate the excellence of individuals and organisations across the sector.
Donald Fowler, Managing Director together with Mike Cutler and Chris Wheatley were delighted to collect the award for 'Medical Agency of the Year' from host Patrick Kielty.
2012 has been a fantastic year for Premex, we have formed and launched our new specialist service offering, Premex+ which has already received positive reviews from a number of solicitors piloting the service. Innovative technology is still at Premex's heart as we continue to transact with customers online and we are now proud to say we receive 60% of our instructions electronically. At the beginning of 2012 we launched Doc Vu a new feature on Vu that allows experts to access and review case information and medical records.
At the heart of Premex sits its employees and a panel of high quality medical experts. All employees and experts receive regular training on Premex's processes and industry changes to ensure they are kept abreast of the latest thinking, research and opinion. In 2012 Premex developed a series of CPD accredited training seminars for experts to ensure ensures they are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and are able to benefit from greater understanding of any specialist areas
In 2012 Premex was reaccredited with 'Investors in People' (IIP) and was awarded the highest possible standard, the IIP Gold Award. Assessors recognised Premex's commitment to staff and customers, praising the business in particular for its excellent people practices, innovation, social conscience and team spirit.
