Premex Recognised for Client Vu

The shortlist for the 2014 Claims Innovation Awards has been announced, with Premex being nominated for 'Online Initiative of the Year' for Client Vu.  The annual Claims Innovation Awards celebrate how firms across the industry 'push the envelope' in regards to innovation, raise service standards and also improve their service offerings.

Premex launched its online portal system, Client Vu, with a view to enhancing the experience of the injured party whilst at the same time increasing efficiency.  Client Vu is an online portal which gives injured parties the opportunity to confirm, rearrange or cancel their GP and Orthopaedic appointments.  With a simple web user interface and a combination of email and text message alerts, Client Vu benefits individuals and medical practitioners alike by improving attendance at medical appointments and supporting injured parties with reminders and information about them.

Client Vu has had a positive impact since its launch in November 2013.  More than 50% of injured parties invited to use Client Vu have done so and in February 2014, nearly 6,000 logged into the site. The majority (69%) logged in to confirm their appointment and 6% rearranged their appointment to a more convenient time.  This has seen not only a decrease in call volumes but it's also reduced the 'Did Not Attend' (DNA) rate

In a just a few short months, Client Vu has been well received from instructing and injured parties.  In a recent survey 94% of injured parties scored their experience of Client Vu as 'very good' or 'excellent', with 94% of respondents saying it was very easy to use.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at the Midland Hotel, Manchester on Wednesday 21st May 2014.  Good luck to all involved.
