Premex scoops ‘Best Associated Industries, 50+ Employees’ at the 2014 Claims Innovation Awards

Premex Services' commitment to innovation has been recognised by peers and customers with the company taking home a first prize at the industry Oscars.

The company scooped 'Best Associated Industries, 50+ Employees' at the 2014 Claims Innovation Awards, which honour the companies and professionals who drive growth and change in the UK personal injury claims sector.

Mike Cutler, Managing Director of Premex Services, reacted shortly after receiving the award "The Claims Innovation Awards are an opportunity to showcase innovation and celebrate how firms, teams and individuals from across the industry continue to raise standards and improve their processes.

"This award was specifically given for our development of Client Vu, an online portal designed to improve the customer journey through the process of medical assessment after an injury. We are delighted that the market has endorsed what Client Vu can do and we're very happy to receive this award."

Judges were impressed with the figures provided by Premex Services in its submission, which revealed how over 6,000 injured parties are already logging onto Client Vu every month.

"In a just a few short months, Client Vu has been well received from instructing and injured parties," adds Mike. "In a recent survey 94% of injured parties scored their experience of Client Vu as 'very good' or 'excellent', with 95% of respondents saying it was very easy to use.

"Our success in this award is a fantastic testament to the team which has delivered the Client Vu project but also all our employees, who continue to work hard to improve our service.  We have always been committed to innovation and this demonstrates our continuing pledge to enhance the customer experience and create efficiencies, ensuring we deliver a market leading service."
