Meet Lee Nash

As an Account Manager for our 3d+ Multi Track Rehabilitation Service, Lee Nash specialises in handling complex cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries. From arranging an Immediate Needs Assessment to planning long-term treatment schedules, Lee’s job is to ensure the rehabilitation journey runs smoothly.

The smooth operator of our Croydon office, Lee works alongside clients, injured parties and medical experts in London and the South of England. He’s passionate about music and spends his free time singing in a Northern Soul, Motown and R&B cover band. He also loves to cook and has even been likened to Gordon Ramsay (although more so in the looks department). We asked Lee…

How did you get into the industry?

I have worked within ‘rehabilitation’ for the past seven years. Starting out as a Rehabilitation Advisor for Argent Rehabilitation I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience about the process, products and customer base of the market. This experience enabled me to become the Business Services Manager at Argent before the acquisition by the Premex Group in 2015. I then transferred across to 3d+ as an Account Manager due to my established relationships within the defendant and claimant market.

What does your role involve?

Ensuring that my clients (solicitors and insurers) receive the best possible service and deliver what they bought into. Account managing requires a good knowledge of product, systems and agreements and also requires me to know what my clients want and how our business models can work together.

What aspect of your job do you enjoy the most?

For me it’s about the people! I enjoy working collaboratively with my customers and the teams here at Premex to ensure injured parties receive the best possible care on their road to recovery.

Why Premex?

Premex offered me an opportunity I could not refuse. They are a well-established business and I am proud to be part of a fantastic team.

What’s your biggest achievement and why?

My biggest achievement to date has to be travelling the word back in 2008-2009. I saw and did so many amazing things that many only dream of and I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity.

Tell us a fun fact about you…

My ancestor is Thomas Crapper, the man who invented the toilet/flushing system.

What’s your favourite song at karaoke?

ALL THE SONGS! Best to not invite me to sing, as I will not get off.
