Gender Pay Gap legislation introduced in April 2017 requires all employers of 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap as of 31 March 2018. The gender pay gap is the percentage difference between average hourly earnings for men and women.
We are committed to reporting on an annual basis on what we are doing to ensure consistency and equal pay and the progress our initiatives are making. We have compared like for like roles and are confident we pay appropriately per role irrespective of gender.
