IT'S A KNOCKOUT - CHARITY CHALLENGE
In July 40 of Premex’s employees dodged water jets and navigated their way over giant colourful inflatables in a charity version of the 1980s TV game show, ‘It’s a Knockout’. We are delighted to report that one of the teams entered by Premex succeeded in battling its way through the entire course and was crowned ‘It’s a Knockout’ champions.

After experiencing the benefits of Vu; Premex’s online appointment booking system, law firms Delta Legal and Handley Law took the next step and integrated it with their Proclaim case management system. Both have experienced numerous benefits, notably a reduction in case management timescales. In a single click users can take all relevant data on their client and prepopulate Vu, saving an average of 30 minutes per case.
PREMEX AFFIRMS POSITION REGARDING EDWARDS-TUBB V JD WETHERSPOON
You will by now be aware of the recent case Edwards-Tubb v JD Wetherspoon PLC which ruled in order to prevent ‘expert shopping. To recap, the Court of Appeal ruled that a court will normally require disclosure of a previous expert's report as the price of granting permission to obtain evidence from a new expert, whether instructed pre or post proceedings to discourage 'expert shopping'. To that end we would like to re-affirm our position when we are instructed on re-examination and multiple report cases.
