For the directors, who have invested a lot of time, money and effort into the company it was important to get the right company both for employees and the continual development of Premex.
Simon Margolis, CEO of Premex Group explained: "Since the announcement was made to employees there has been a palpable sense of excitement at Premex. Working for an international company that is offering share options for all staff, means our people have been newly incentivised, which is great news, notwithstanding the fact they will have to brush up on their beach volleyball skills as it becomes the new corporate sport."
ExamWorks was attracted by Premex's innovative culture and unique software like Vu, Premex's online appointment booking system, and X-Port, Premex's report writing software. For customers it is very much business as usual; ExamWorks, which also owns UKIM, plans to keep the brands separate but there will undoubtedly be enhanced service offerings and continued investment for customers.
