Support grows for Premex +

Our complex injury service Premex+ has experienced substantial growth in the past twelve months. Volumes have risen by almost three times their levels from November 2012, and the department is receiving instructions from just under 200 firms and rising.

"We launched Premex+ to offer those customers who require support for more complex cases with the right services to help them manage their case loads efficiently. It's very gratifying to see that demand is growing," said Mike Cutler, Managing Director of Premex Services.

In tandem with the growth in instructions has been a simultaneous increase in resources for the Premex+ team. The department now numbers 18 individuals including 14 case handlers and in-house nursing support; a doubling since 2012.

In addition, the Premex+ expert panel continues to grow with more than 400 medical professionals taking over 6000 instructions in the past twelve months. "We're delighted Premex+ has proven so popular," says Mike. "Premex is well aware that a 'one size fits all' service cannot support the diversity of this country's personal injury profession and with Premex+ we have adapted our service to accommodate those needs."
