Voice of the customer survey

Since 1996 Premex has been committed to developing products and services that help our customers become more productive, ensuring they and the injured party receive a high quality medical report.  In 2014 we undertook our annual survey with injured parties as part of our ongoing commitment to customer focus and improving the client journey. 

100 injured parties were asked 14 questions in which they scored Premex using a matrix from 1-5 (1 = poor, 5 = excellent).  Overall the results were extremley positive with 88% of injured parties scoring Premex as either 'excellent' or 'good'
