Premex Group has made four new appointments to its management in
support of the company's continued growth.
Peter Higson has stepped into the role of Operations Director, after gaining a vast array of experience in operations management at the likes of Axa Insurance, Ceridian and Marks and Spencer.
Working closely with Peter is Maria Hardwidge who after holding the Operations Manager role with Premex for two years, is now moving across to manage operations for Premex+, the company's complex injury service.
The company has also introduced a new Learning and Development Manager position. Julie Wilkes will manage the design, delivery and evaluation of both induction and developmental programmes as well as the introduction of an apprenticeship scheme at Premex, supporting the firm's status as one of Bolton's largest employers, after numbers grew 20% in 2014.
In 2015 Premex's IT Director, Vince Giles will be retiring after eight years with the company. Vince has overseen the launch and implementation of many innovative systems, including Vu, X-Port and Connect. Vince has been a genuine pleasure to work with and he will be sorely missed by all at Premex.
As a result of Vince's retirement, we're delighted to announce the appointment of our new IT Director, Jon Tattersall.
Jon has extensive experience of IT and change management both in the insurance industry and NHS, and will help deliver the programme of services Premex offers to become ISO27001 certified.
"I'd like to welcome all four of our new appointees to their roles within Premex Group," says Donald Fowler, Group CEO. "For almost 20 years Premex has delivered technology-led solutions to personal injury professionals and their expertise will be vital as we move onto the next stage in this company's development."
