The event which takes place on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd October and includes a packed schedule of topical presentations from the leading practitioners in their fields.
A range of barrister led sessions allow delegates to choose their own path for the day, including Howard Elgot who will consider the effect of Marshall v Hull & East Yorks Hospitals NHS Trust judgement, after he successfully represented the claimant in Marshall.

The Autumn Cycle Classic
