Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Premex Services Limited of Premex House Futura Park, Middlebrook, Bolton, Lancashire, BL6 6SX.
2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is ‘Stuffed with imagination’.
2.2 As part of an annual investment in obtaining conference merchandise, this competition allows for the children of the Promoter’s staff, clients and suppliers to submit designs for soft toys to be used in the conference merchandise (“the Designs”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 In respect of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, the competition is open to all residents in the UK who are an employee, customer or supplier (“the Entrant”).
3.2 The Entrant may submit a maximum of five entries on behalf of children who are up to the age of 16 years old.
3.3 In entering the competition, the Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prizes.
3.4 Notwithstanding clause 3.3, the Promoter reserves the right to require the Entrant to provide proof of identity and eligibility to enter the competition.
3.5 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
a) automatically generated by computer;
b) not original and which may infringe intellectual property rights;
c) completed by individuals who do not satisfy clause 3.1 and/or clause 3.2;
d) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
e) photocopies and not originals; or
f) incomplete.
3.6 Each Entrant is allowed up to a maximum of five entries per individual name or email address received. For the avoidance of doubt where more than five entries are received from the same Entrant, only the first five submissions will be entered into the competition.
3.7 The competition entries cannot be returned.
4. How to enter
4.1 The competition will run from 8:00am on 21 July 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 12:00am on 29 August 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
4.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter at the address set out at condition 1 by no later than 12:00am on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
4.3 To enter the competition the Entrant will on or before the Closing Date:
a) email their entry to marketing@premex.com (“the Marketing Team”); or
b) send their entry to the Promoter’s Twitter or LinkedIn profile (“Social Media Channels”.
4.4 The Promoter will not accept:
a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b) proof of posting or any form of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
4.5 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.6 The Entrant may contact the Marketing Team for help with entries.

5. The prizes
5.1 The prizes to be won by each winner:
a) the Designs manufactured as a physical soft toy; and
b) a voucher of the Entrant’s choice for a family day out at a cost of £250.00.
5.2 The Promoter will provide the prize at clause 5.1.(b) either by:
a) a physical voucher; or
b) an e-voucher to be purchased online; or
c) via a ticket booked to a UK theme park.
5.3 There is no cash alternative for the prizes.
5.4 The prizes are not negotiable or transferable.
5.5 The delivery dates for the prize at clause 5.1.(a) are subject to the complexity of the Entrant’s Design and any manufacturing requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these dates.
6. Winner announcement
6.1 There will be two winners selected, which will be:
a) one external Entrant (customer, supplier, or member of the public); and
b) one internal Entrant from the Promoter, holding or subsidiary companies.
6.2 The decision of the judges nominated by the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3 The winner of the competition will be announced across all Social Media Channels, the Promoter’s VIBE intranet, and via email to each Entrant on 25 September 2025 (Announcement Date).
6.4 The Marketing Team will contact the winner directly as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
6.5 The Entrant acknowledges that only communications from the Promoter’s Social Media Channels should be considered genuine. The Promoter will not be responsible for any fraudulent communications purporting to be from the Promoter.
6.6 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within thirty days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7. Charitable donations
7.1 The Promoter will make a £10 donation for each valid entry received subject to clause 7.4.
7.2 For an external Entrant, donations will be made to CBIT.
7.3 For an internal Entrant, donations will be made to Derian House Children’s Hospice.
7.4 The Promoter’s donations are capped at £2,500 combined across the charities set out in clause 7.2 and clause 7.3. Nothing in this clause affects any new valid entries from Entrants before the Closing Date.
8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 All entries submitted by the Entrant must be original designs and must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
9.2 The Entrants shall retain ownership of the Designs submitted for the competition pursuant to clause 4.3.
9.3 The Entrant agrees that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make its entry available on the Social Media Channels or the Website, or any other media now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. The Entrant agrees to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
10. Data protection, publicity and marketing
10.1 The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that their personal data will only be used for the administration of the competition and associated promotional activities.
10.2 The Entrant consents to the publication of the name and age of any child associated with the Design which wins the competition.
10.3 By entering into this competition, the Entrant agrees:
a) To the Desings being used for promotional purposes on the Promoter’s website and Social Media Channels;
b) That any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition;
10.4 Any personal data collected during the competition will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, the UK GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018.
10.5 The Promoter will not use any additional photographs or personal information without the consent from the Entrant.
10.6 Any publicity and marketing materials released, or arising out of the competition remain the sole property of the Promoter.
11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
11.4 These terms and conditions and any dispute arising out of them, shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
