Inteira is designed to be intuitive. Most users are fully comfortable within a few days, and we provide comprehensive training support and user guides.

Can I still receive email updates?
Yes, you can still receive email notifications if you wish.

What happens to my existing cases?
Existing cases will continue to run via our old process. Only new cases can run through Inteira.

Is there additional cost to use Inteira?
Inteira is included as part of our comprehensive Premex service offering, with no additional fees for portal access when instructing cases through Premex.

Can radiology be sent via Inteira?
At this moment in time, radiology images cannot be sent via Inteira. Users should carry on sending in the usual method via links.

How are requests for amendments or addendums sent?
Please continue to send manually via email.

I have received an error message “Invalid username or password”.
Please ensure that the email address is spelt correctly and all steps 1-12 under Initial Inteira Set Up have been completed. You will be unable to log in for the first time until the password has been set. Please note that the verification process has to be completed twice.
